How an engagement works
A four-stage process, typically delivered over four to eight weeks.
Discovery
A working session with the desk to understand the current workflow, the pain points, and the target state. Output: a one-page scope and indicative timeline. No charge.
Design and prototype
A working prototype of the core functionality, delivered for desk feedback. Iterations happen live, in conversation, not through change-request documents.
Build and harden
Full feature build, test coverage, documentation, security review. Deployment to your chosen environment.
Handover and support
Full handover of source code, documentation, and agent context. Optional ongoing support partnership, or full self-sufficiency from day one.
Engagement models
Fixed-scope build
Defined deliverable, fixed price, fixed timeline. Suitable for well-scoped workflow replacements.
Time-boxed sprint
A defined number of weeks, working alongside the desk on whatever the priority workflow is. Suitable for firms with multiple candidate tools and an internal champion driving prioritisation.
Discovery sprint
A two-week paid engagement to map current-state workflows, identify candidates for modernisation, and produce a prioritised roadmap. Useful where the firm knows it has a problem but has not yet defined the solution.
All engagements include full IP transfer. Optional source-code escrow on request.
